Legality of Hemp Seeds

Interstate Commerce: The interstate transfer of hemp, including cannabis seeds, is protected under 7 U.S.C. § 1621 subsection 10114(b). Federal law preempts any state or tribal law that may otherwise interfere with the transportation or shipment of compliant hemp products.
